Candy Cane Vase

Want a cute centerpiece that is dirt cheap? Look no further! All you need is an empty large can of veggies or fruit, a hot glue gun, two boxes of candy canes, and a piece of ribbon. Run a bead of glue down the back of the candy cane and stick it to the can. If you don’t have a hot glue gun you can also use double sided tape (make three rings around the can then stick the canes to it). Once you have candy canes around the hole can, tie a piece of ribbon around it. Then fill with a bunch of flowers! My only costs were the $2 for the candy canes – then whatever flowers I needed! Every week I just purchased new flowers. Next yr – I am trying this with cinnamon sticks! Good luck and Enjoy!

About Creative Ma of 3

I am a working ma of 3 kiddos (well, 4 if you count my hubby!) with a lot of creativity and a little budget. I enjoy finding and making crafts for parties, holidays, and events, that I can make myself at home for a fraction of the costs of stores. I love to reuse items, so don't be shocked when I tear it apart after using it to reuse the supplies in a new fashion. I only have so much money and so much storage space =) Enjoy!
